About Us

How We Started

We always learn that we are the leaders of tomorrow and that each person is a solution to a problem. However, we end up having no platform to support us in implementing the idea we have for solving a problem, nor realize our leadership potentials. There is an imperative need for the sound contribution of youth in the economic and social status of Africa, but such words from the leaders only end on paper.

Youths Inspiration is an initiative founded by Clement Ngosong with the aim of inspiring and empowering the next generation of young people. We have identified a surge in the number of youths with the potential to change the world but do not have sustained interest, the resources, motivation to do so. As a result, we are left to worry about how we can inspire, support, and empower young people to take action for our world and help build a more sustainable future. We believe in the power and potential of youth to create solutions to the most pressing challenges of our time.

Our Mission

To inspire and empower the next generation of young people across Africa- to engage young people in youth participation and civic engagement, and to imprint a spirit of service to humanity within the youths.

Our Vision

To see youths who take the lead on creating a meaningful impact on the growth of grassroot citizens and communities across Africa.

What We Do

We strongly believe in the power of young people and thus focus on supporting youth to create positive change towards more inclusive, fair, and sustainable communities through Positive Youth Development.

In a bid to inspire and empower young people to start taking action within their communities, Youths Inspiration host life-changing events, shares inspiring stories of young change-makers across the world, self-development tips, resources, mentorship and guidance to young people who are ready to take action.

Positive Youth Development is an intentional, pro-social approach that engages youth within their communities, schools, organizations, peer groups, and families in a manner that is productive and constructive; recognizes, utilizes, and enhances young people’s strengths; and promotes positive outcomes for young people by providing opportunities, fostering positive relationships, and furnishing the support needed to build on their leadership strengths.
